Join us for this weekly touch-point to connect in with other Wellteam members. Keep each other on task. Swap stories, share your experience and focus in on making the most of life through mind and body hacks.&nbsp; It's a zoom session, so drop in for as long as you want. A Wellteam Favourite up in the stunning Morialta Conservation Park.

A steep, hilly, spectacular walk with plenty of rocky steps and uneven ground. We'll head up above the first falls then back down in the absolutely stunning Morialta Conservation Park. One to certainly get the heart pumping and a Wellteam Adelaide chapter favourite walk. A few runners likely to head out at 6.15 for a 30 minute run if you're keen to join that as well. Check the Adelaide Chapter WhatsApp Channel. Drinks after at the mobile cafe at the upper car park in the park or at Java Cafe in Newton if it's raining. Expect to finish around 8.45am NOTE: These are free, unguided and unsupported activities organised by Wellteam members for social exercise. Use your own judgement to determine if this walk is good for you and bring along everything you need to keep yourself safe. Prepare for all weather as Wellteam go out, whatever the weather.

Morialta Conservation Park Lower Car Park

Tackle 60 minutes of the best North Adelaide has to offer. Grab a drink after. 

Take a cruisy walk around the streets and park lands of North Adelaide. We'll do a full loop taking in some the iconic North Adelaide sights. After, we'll grab a drink at a local cafe. We leave at 7am sharp, so get there early and find a park. Toilets are close by. If you're keen for a faster lap join our runners at 6.15am for 30 minute 5km run. NOTE: This is a free unguided, unsupported, meetup for Wellteam members, their networks and anyone interested in taking on the World's Healthiest Habits. NORTH ADELAIDE LOOP

North Adelaide (Tynte St)

This walk up the PWT is a cracker with spectacular views and a tough, short, steep climb.

Head up the famous PWT for 60 minutes of good hill walking, spectacular views and stunning natural surrounds. Some steeper sections (including the affectionately known "Heartbreak Hill" this walk meanders its way up to the Glen Osmond Golf course and beyond toward The Old Bullock Track. Meet at 7.00am for an hours walk. Runners meet at 6.15am for a 30 minute run. This walk is a Wellteam favourite. Generally rough, uneven ground along a shared use cycling and walking trail.&nbsp; We'll grab a drink at the end at Ballaboosta Cafe on Glynburn Road, Beaumont.&nbsp; NOTE: These walks are not guided and unaided. Use your own discretion whether it's right for you and bring everything you need.&nbsp;

PIONEER WOMEN'S TRAIL WALK

Pioneer Womens Trail

60 minute lap of the picturesque Torrens River. Flat ground, no hills, some steps. 

Meet at the corner of Jolley's Lane and Victoria drive in the city (Torrens Parade Ground). We head off at 7.00am sharp. We'll walk a lap then grab a drink at Lounders Boatshed Cafe from around 8am - 8.30am. Runners meet at 6.15am for a 30 minute run. Bring a mate if you can. NOTE: These are unguided, unaided, unsupported social walks so bring everything you need and use your own judgement whether it is right for you.

TORRENS PURSUIT

Torrens River

Take on a 10km military inspired obstacle course. All Wellteamers are welcome. Some will run, others walk but we'll complete obstacles together.

Get set to play near the Riverland town of Waikerie at the Caudo Vineyard. Register for the 10.30 Saturday morning slot or as near to it as possible. We'll all go off together regardless of the time slot you register for (if the 10.30 is full). The goal is to all complete the course and we'll tackle each of the obstacles together. Some will run between obstacles, others will walk... some may even crawl... but we'll get there.
