Sometimes we need to step outside our comfort zone to ignite our energy, drive and purpose. The Ancient Man Challenge is here to get your spirit back and reset your body's natural systems.
We hear too often today how our bodies and minds have become weakened by 'soft', 'modern-day' lifestyle choices. Currently one in every two of us will develop AT LEAST one chronic disease in our lifetime. For most of us, that's a choice we're making each and everyday.
At the first sign of discomfort, we reach for a switch or button, head into our temperature controlled, air-tight capsules, pop a pill, take a nap, cave in.
You can do better. You are built for better.
Take the next 6 weeks and blend ancient practices with modern life in the ultimate mind and body reset.
Each week you'll be provided experiments designed around age-old practices, tapping into our body and minds' natural state. Explore things your ancestors thrived doing and reconnect with the systems that enabled you to evolve, to be here today.
You'll be challenged with practices that can enable improved sleep, calmer mind, better overall health, reduced blood pressure, improved concentration and sharper mind, sustainable weight management or loss, better relationships, much more energy and overall greater clarity on who you are what your roles in life are.

- Read each task/activity and decide whether you're in or out.
- If you're in, the item will move to your personal dashboard.
- Log the activities you do on each day through your dashboard.
