Swap stories, share your experience and focus in on making the most of life through mind and body hacks.&nbsp; It's a zoom session, so drop in for as long as you want. GOLDEN RULE: No apologies for being late or leaving early. We all have full and engaging lives, drop by for the time you have be that 5 minutes or 45. Flat, cruisy Eastern Parklands walk with Man's best friends in tow. 

Get some social exercise in some of Adelaide's beautiful parklands. This is a stunning walk in nature while being so close to the city. We choose a different route each time to keep things interesting. Terrain is flat and along sealed and unsealed paths through either the Eastern or Southern parklands. Bring along your pooch too. Meet at 7.00am sharp for a 60 minute walk. Meet at the front of the Victoria Park Grandstand. Easy to park your car on Fullarton Road or Wakefield Street. We'll decide on a cafe on the day depending upon weather and the walk direction. Runners head out at 6.15am for a 30 minute run. NOTE: These walks are not guided and are not supported. They are free social walks for Wellteam members and guests. Use your own discretion whether it's right for you and bring everything you need.&nbsp;

Hit the hills above Adelaide. Spot Koalas. Stunning views. Narrow, steep track. 

<h2>Join us for this climb up to a beautiful lookout over the city of Adelaide.</h2> 7.00 am sharp for a rewarding walk, steep in sections amongst Koala dotted trees, along a rocky single walking track high up into Mount Lofty ranges with a spectacular 'infinity edge' view over the city. A Wellteam favourite walk. Up for a run? Join our Wellteam runners at 6.15am. 8.15am Drinks after at Ballaboosta on Glynburn Road, Beaumont. REMEMBER: Social walks are not guided and not supported. You walk at your own risk and should exercise judgement as to whether this walk is right for you.

CHAMBERS GULLY 

Chambers Gully Walk

Swim and/or Walk the beautiful beachfront at West Beach Adelaide.

Beach walk, run and/or swim from Henley Sailing Club. For the brave (or crazy) 6.30am we will meet for a short (probably very short) swim in the Ocean or a short run before drying off and joining the rest of the Adelaide Wellteam chapter at 7am for a one hour walk along the beach. Our runners will hit the foreshore track at 6.15 for 30 minutes up and back. Flat, paved or on the sand. We will likely grab a drink en-route at Henley Square or at West Beach SLSC at the end. NOTE: These are unguided, unsupported activities organised by Wellteam members for social exercise. Use your own judgement to determine if this walk or swim is good for you and bring along everything you need including payment for your own drinks at the end.

WEST BEACH WALK 7am + SWIM 6.30am

Henley Sailing Club

Hit the leafy east in this cracker walk in the suburbs, parks, hills and one cracking cafe.

Mixed walk through some wonderful Eastern Suburbs parklands including Michael Perry Reserve and Ferguson Conservation Park. Mainly solid gravel paths or footpaths, some uneven ground, steep hills in some sections on paved surfaces. Never too far from a Cafe. Start and end at Taylor Blend Cafe. Drinks after. Up for a run too? Join our runners at 6.15 for a 30min 5km run in the area. Remember: these are social walks and are unsupported and unguided and organised by Wellteam members for social exercise. Walk at your own risk and bring everything you need to survive and remain safe. We walk in all weather conditions so prepare appropriately.

STONYFELL RAMBLE

Taylor Blend Coffee

Take on a 10km military inspired obstacle course. All Wellteamers are welcome. Some will run, others walk but we'll complete obstacles together.

Get set to play near the Riverland town of Waikerie at the Caudo Vineyard. Register for the 10.30 Saturday morning slot or as near to it as possible. We'll all go off together regardless of the time slot you register for (if the 10.30 is full). The goal is to all complete the course and we'll tackle each of the obstacles together. Some will run between obstacles, others will walk... some may even crawl... but we'll get there.
