About Launch - July Cohort

Engage with Wellteam's flagship mind + body hacks program.
Welcome to Launch.
This guided program will explore over 30 foundational, science-based, mind and body hacks that help re-establish control. All content and tools are online so join from anywhere in the world.
Launch hacks (powerful, easy to implement actions for time-poor people) cover key themes: Mind, Body, Movement, Purpose, People and Fuel (food and drink).
This program has been 3 years in development and follows a process called Micro-Habit Compounding™️.
Each week you'll unlock a new range of hacks to explore and experiment with. Choose what's right for you and commit to trial for a week.
A Wellteam guide will introduce new hacks via a weekly zoom session.
Select the hacks you want to trial and find ones that work for you.
When you take action, log it through your user dashboard and earn points. These points determine your place on the Wellteam Global Challenge. Earn 1,000 points for your exclusive Wellteam t-shirt.

Weekly 45 minute weekly zoom briefing and check-in is on Monday 7pm - (Adelaide, Australia time zone).

What we'll cover each week:
1 - Focus on getting better sleep and recovery, document your 'now' and start moving.
2 - Improve calmness, get your doctor onside and master caffeine.
3 - Explore the power of your mind with intermittent fasting, mindset and cold water.
4 - Build strength & flexibility and the flush your pipes with the power of water.
5 - Explore who you are, what you'll do and re-engage with your favourite things
6 - Round things off by improving relationships with those we care about.
Activating an activity
Once you start, you'll follow in a sequential order (Micro-Habit Compounding).
As an activity opens review and choose if you want to commit to that activity (we can this activating an activity). Are you:
- willing to try it
- doing it already
- is it not possible for you or
- not for you right now
Choose what's right for you and commit.
User Dashboard + Activity Log
Once you commit to try or do something, it will be moved up into your My Dashboard (top right hand side of the screen).
From your Dashboard simply record the action you take daily by clicking on the relevant button from your activity log. This is how you earn points toward your Wellteam t-shirt and move up the Global Leaderboard rankings.
