A steep, hilly, spectacular walk with plenty of rocky steps and uneven ground.

We'll head up above the first falls then back down in the absolutely stunning Morialta Conservation Park.

One to certainly get the heart pumping and a Wellteam Adelaide chapter favourite walk.

A few runners likely to head out at 6.15 for a 30 minute run if you're keen to join that as well. Check the Adelaide Chapter WhatsApp Channel.

Drinks after at the mobile cafe at the upper car park in the park or at Java Cafe in Newton if it's raining.

Expect to finish around 8.45am
